The Teacher Opportunity Corps II (TOC) program is funded by the New York State Education Department and is designed to increase the number of New York State teachers from underrepresented backgrounds. While completing their Teachers College teacher education program, TC TOC students also complete a 10-month internship in a New York City school, attend seminars with renowned TC faculty, and participate in workspaces with their fellow interns.
